This is an opportunity to be part of a long-standing engineering, design, and sustainability consultancy who are passionate about reducing carbon emissions globally. You will join a multi-faceted team including MEP, sustainability, NABERS assessors, and energy and thermal modellers.
About the job:
- Lead projects and represent the company at client and design team meetings.
- Preparation of reports, meeting minutes, and other related documentation.
- Proficient use of software, including One Click LCA.
- Excellent awareness and understanding of regulations and standards, and keeping up to date with future changes.
- Excellent ability to produce accurate and detailed reports.
- Excellent ability to review design drawings and specifications.
- Excellent ability to carry out site inspections and reports.
- Excellent ability to work with and manage client expectations.
- Flexibility with working arrangements to meet project needs such as meetings and deadlines.
- High attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Work as part of internal and wider project design teams.
- Assist in the training and mentoring of more junior staff where appropriate.
- Co-ordination with other disciplines and specialists.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience of sustainability consultancy predominantly in the commercial offices sector.
- Hands-on knowledge of OneClick LCA.
- Environmental consultancy background.
- Knowledge and experience of relevant industry guidance (e.g. UKGBC, LETI, RIBA, RICS, and GLA).
- Be a team player, but able to operate at an individual level.
- Good organisational and time management skills, able to manage projects, outputs, and work within deadlines.
- Good experience of sustainability consultancy in Stages 2-6 in the following sectors: Commercial; Mixed use; Retail; & Industrial.
- Confident and outgoing personality, able to be client-facing and build relationships with our valued client base.

- Experience as a BREEAM assessor.
- Experience as a WELL AP.
- Experience as a Fitwel Ambassador.
- Experience as an ActiveScore AP.
- Experience as a RESET AP.
- Experience with Circular Economy strategies.
- Experience in producing Sustainability Statements for planning.
