As an Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR), you\’ll play a key role in driving incremental business growth through inbound new business across EMEA.

Responsibilities

  • Answering inbound calls and emails to qualify relevant prospects that could benefit from Green Street’s suite of products.
  • Develop and execute on calling and email campaign strategies to qualify inbound sales-ready leads.
  • Identify, research, qualify and develop key accounts and contacts to stimulate sales opportunities.
  • Develop knowledge of the Green Street product offerings, and the prospects/companies who would use them.
  • Find relevant insights and data to share with prospects that showcase the true value that Green Street would bring to their investment strategy.
  • Consistently achieve inbound team goals to ensure company revenue objectives are met.
  • Overachieve key activity and other performance metrics (e.g., calls, emails, conversions).

Requirements

  • You’ve done some selling in the past or have the ability and desire to become great at software sales.
  • You strive for excellence, you find ways to overachieve, keep improving and challenge yourself.
  • You love connecting with people online, on the phone, and face-to-face.
  • Basic understanding of the financial services sector.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and flexible.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Can-do, agile attitude necessary to thrive in a scale-up environment.
