Regional Repairs Operations Manager
Location: Darlaston & The Black Country, with head office in Birmingham
Hours: 39 hours per week
Salary: £58,000–£62,000 plus £2,500 car allowance

Ready to lead, inspire and deliver exceptional repairs services?
We’re looking for an experienced leader to oversee repairs, voids, repairs surveying and planned works across the Midlands.
As Regional Repairs Operations Manager, you’ll lead and develop operational managers, ensuring services are safe, efficient, cost-effective and deliver excellent customer outcomes. You’ll drive performance across responsive repairs, empty homes and planned kitchen and bathroom programmes.
You’ll manage regional budgets, workforce planning and contractor performance, using data to improve services and ensure value for money. Working collaboratively with colleagues across housing, asset management and customer services, you’ll deliver high-quality services while maintaining compliance with health and safety legislation, housing regulations and consumer standards.
Please note: A DBS check will be required for the successful candidate.
What We Need
You’ll have management-level experience in repairs and maintenance, with the confidence to make decisive decisions and resolve complex operational challenges.
You’ll also bring:
- Experience leading, coaching and developing operational teams and managers
- Knowledge of responsive repairs, voids and planned maintenance
- Experience managing budgets, productivity and contractor performance
- The ability to analyse data and drive service improvements
- A strong understanding of health and safety, compliance and customer standards
- Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
- A commitment to quality, efficiency and value for money
