We are looking for a motivated self-starter, confident working independently or collaboratively within cross-functional teams. Taking ownership of projects from initial briefing to final delivery, with the ability to ask all the right questions to identify the message hierarchy and ensure design solutions are both strategically aligned and visually exceptional.
A summary of the experience, Senior Graphic Designer:
10+ yearsβ experience in a graphic design role, ideally with agency experience in healthcare/pharma.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma or equivalent digital design tools.
Strong typographic, layout, and visual communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and a methodical, organised approach to project work.
Confident communicator, able to present ideas clearly and explain design rationale.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
A passion for creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.
Senior Graphic Designer Responsibilities:
Take briefs from the account handling team, ask insightful questions, and translate objectives into compelling design concepts.
Develop creative assets across a range of channels β including digital, print, branding, and campaign materials β with a strong understanding of message hierarchy and visual impact.
Contribute to idea generation, concept development, and pitch presentations.
Collaborate closely with copywriters, developers, and account managers to ensure consistency and clarity of communications.
Maintain brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries to deliver standout work.
Oversee junior designers, providing guidance, feedback, and creative mentorship.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere).
Understanding of healthcare regulatory considerations (e.g., ABPI code).
Familiarity with UX/UI principles.
