We are looking for a motivated self-starter, confident working independently or collaboratively within cross-functional teams. Taking ownership of projects from initial briefing to final delivery, with the ability to ask all the right questions to identify the message hierarchy and ensure design solutions are both strategically aligned and visually exceptional.
A summary of the experience:
- 10+ years’ experience in a graphic design role, ideally with agency experience in healthcare/pharma.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma or equivalent digital design tools.
- Strong typographic, layout, and visual communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical, organised approach to project work.
- Confident communicator, able to present ideas clearly and explain design rationale.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Senior Graphic Designer Responsibilities:
- Take briefs from the account handling team, ask insightful questions, and translate objectives into compelling design concepts.

- Contribute to idea generation, concept development, and pitch presentations.
