To drive growth and enhance the performance of our e-commerce channels across all three Green Sheep Group brands: Green Sheep Group, Snüz, and The Little Green Sheep. By optimising our online presence and customer experience, you’ll ensure our brands delight audiences and achieve commercial success.
Description:
Reporting to the Head of E-commerce and working alongside the broader marketing team, you will be responsible for managing and improving our e-commerce platforms to deliver seamless and engaging customer journeys. Your role will focus on translating brand strategies and business objectives into exceptional digital experiences, from optimising website functionality to executing digital campaigns and driving revenue growth.
As E-commerce Manager for an ambitious SME, you’ll have the opportunity to manage web builds, CRO projects, and digital advertising while collaborating closely with leading national retailers and agency partners.
While your primary focus will be delivering e-commerce strategies for the UK market, you’ll also consider how our platforms and activity can be tailored for international audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day management and optimisation of our e-commerce platforms.
- Manage and mentor the Digital Executive, providing clear direction, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Execute digital campaigns that align with brand and business objectives.
- Manage web builds, ensuring on-time delivery and seamless functionality.
- Oversee Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) initiatives to enhance user experience and drive sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-impact digital advertising campaigns.
- Monitor and analyse e-commerce performance data to inform improvements.
- Support retailer partnerships by maximising opportunities for online marketing and promotions.
- Stay ahead of e-commerce trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
Skills & Strengths:
- Experience: 3+ years in an e-commerce or digital marketing role, with in-house experience in a similar business
- Knowledge: A strong track record of managing web builds, digital advertising, and CRO projects.
- Project Management: Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to oversee multiple projects and see the bigger picture.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in e-commerce platforms and analytics tools, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous, ensuring all work is accurate and aligned with brand standards.
