Bringing the brands to life through multichannel touchpoints to create a consistent customer experience that delights our audiences. Description: Reporting to the Marketing Director and working alongside the broader marketing team, you will develop global brand platforms and build UK presence. Your role is to translate the brand strategies, marketing goals and business objectives into effective brand outputs, from industry leading photography to online campaigns and instore experiences. All whilst ensuring each and every brand output is consistent. As Brand Manager for an ambitious SME, you will have the opportunity to work on creative photoshoots, new product launches and to work closely with leading national retailers. Whilst your primary focus will be delivering brand activity for the UK market, as brands with international reach you will need to consider how our brands and all activity can be globalised or localised for international markets. Key disciplines and associated responsibilities include: Leading the creation and management of brand assets Project planning & management – campaigns, projects and promotions Managing daily communications with our agency partners – including PR sample requests, retailer marketing opportunities, reviewing press releases Building relationships with our retailers as the first point of contact for retailer marketing opportunities and ongoing retailer communications Sourcing and managing industry award entries Gaining quotes from suppliers to support project delivery Play an important role in creating industry leading impact at Baby Shows – both in terms of event planning and attendance Research – including competitor research, consumer surveys & wider industry trends Skills & strengths 5 year’s marketing experience + Knowledge: Retail brand or marketing agency experience required Strong project management skills; highly organised and proactive, with the ability to see the bigger picture Excellent verbal & written communication skills Meticulous attention to detail Strong PowerPoint & Excel skills with the aptitude to learn further internal systems Positive energy & creative flair Agile, ‘can-do’ attitude able to adapt from planning / project management tasks to creative thinking Collaborative and supportive with the ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders Perks of the Pasture: Competitive salary: to keep you feeling sheepishly happy.
