Senior Electrical Estimator £60,000 – £65,000 East Midlands Hybrid – Required to be in the office 2/3 days a week This is a fantastic opening to work within a thriving market with growth forecast for years. My Client works with blue chip businesses building energy infrastructure, supporting the country’s net zero target. Specifically, in Electricity Transmission, this means building, refurbishing and upgrading high voltage overhead power lines and substations. To meet the demand in this sector, we are growing our teams in all areas. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Estimator to join our growing preconstruction team. Previous experience in the electricity transmission industry is not required. You will be based in a supportive team environment with other estimators, as well as Bid Managers, Project Development Managers and Pre Contract Construction Managers. In this role you will be working on tenders for HV substation works (M+E and civils), responsible for successfully pricing and securing new contracts for the business to deliver. We are looking for someone who is driven, can work on their own initiative and has experience within a construction contractor or subcontractor environment.
