Green Retreats is a specialist company in the planning, building and installation of luxury outdoor buildings. We are currently looking to recruit skilled people to join our existing आिंस्टॉल team, based in Westcott between Aylesbury and Bicester. You will be working on customers’ properties, so you must be quality-focused, well-mannered, presentable, and have a can‑do attitude. Jobs are located across the UK. You will work as part of a team.

Required skills and experience

  • Timber construction, joinery, or general construction with wood materials
  • Working with a variety scratch hand and power tools
  • Internal doors and stud wall installations
  • Timber cladding and decking fitting
  • UPVC window, door and glass install
  • Laminate flooring, skirting and architrave works
  • Trimming and finishing in metals

Additional requirements

  • Evidence of the above skills and experience required
  • Full manual driving licence, held for a minimum of 6 months
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential
  • A good eye for detail and quality of workmanship
  • Clean, tidy and well‑organised worker, team player
  • Working outdoors all year round
  • Keeping your vehicle and all tools clean and well maintained
  • Flexibility on stay‑aways

We provide:

  • Company vehicles and fuel card on the job for each team

  • Full‑time position, 40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday
