We are recruiting Solar Site Supervisors for contract assignments on utility-scale solar PV projects across the UK. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will supervise installation gangs and subcontractors on site, covering piling, mounting systems, module installation, DC stringing and cable works.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily activities of installation gangs and subcontractors

Deliver toolbox talks, briefings and point-of-work risk assessments

Monitor installation quality against drawings, RAMS and specifications

Track productivity and installation rates against daily targets

Maintain site records, daily diaries and progress returns

Support quality inspections, ITPs and snagging
Experience & Qualifications
-
Supervisory experience on solar PV, renewables or construction projects
-
SSSTS or SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid at Work
-
Electrical or civils trade background is advantageous
-
Ability to read construction and electrical drawings
-
Strong organisational and communication skills
