We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee substation construction and operations as part of a crucial renewable energy grid infrastructure project. This position offers the unique opportunity to contribute directly to the development and distribution of renewable energy across the region.
Responsibilities
- Project Supervision: Oversee the daily operations at the substation site, ensuring all work is performed in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Team Management: Lead and manage site personnel, including scheduling, task assignment, and performance evaluation.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce strict safety regulations and practices to prevent accidents and ensure the well-being of all staff and contractors on site.
