We are a new market entrant backed by a renewable fund, building a platform to decarbonise, democratise, and decentralise energy. Our model enables peer-to-peer renewable energy trading, connecting small generators with commercial and industrial customers under transparent, traceable contracts. We are creating a native half-hourly verifiable transaction system for non-commodity charges, unlocking dynamic private energy networks and bespoke tariffs. With strong tech and legal foundations, we are scaling fast to lead the next wave of the renewable revolution.
The Role
We are seeking a Senior Commercial Manager/PPA Originator to spearhead commercial growth and portfolio development. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, innovative environment and wants to shape the future of fair energy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Originate and grow an initial portfolio targeting ~100 GWh in Year 1.
- Develop and commercialise bespoke energy tariffs.
- Drive generator and offtaker acquisition, leveraging existing relationships.
- Ensure compliance with P442 and P441 frameworks, enabling exempt supply and localised trading pools.
- Collaborate with tech and legal teams to optimise commercial readiness.
- Design and implement your own commission structure and team incentives.
What Weβre Looking For
- Proven experience in energy trading, PPA origination, or commercial management within the UK power market.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (especially P442 and P441).
- Ability to bring or build a portfolio of generators and offtakers.
