An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Senior Asset Manager to join a growing operations team, overseeing the management and performance of major transmission assets that sit at the heart of the UK's energy transition.
This role will suit someone who is:
- Technically capable with strong knowledge of high-voltage electrical infrastructure
- Commercially aware and comfortable managing contractors and O&M activities
- Motivated to contribute to the success of a fast-growing business in the clean energy sector

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operation and maintenance of high-voltage transmission assets (onshore & offshore)
- Manage O&M contractors, ensuring safety, compliance, and asset performance
- Lead on operational planning, safety management, and response to alarms/events
- Maximise asset availability and contribute to asset/maintenance strategy development
- Provide technical and operational input into future transmission projects and bids
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in the UK electricity supply industry, offshore wind, or related power infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of electrical safety rules, Health & Safety legislation, and asset management practices
- Current HV SAP authorisation
- Experience managing critical electrical assets and outsourced O&M contracts
- Safety qualifications (IOSH, NEBOSH)
