We are looking for an HSE Advisor with solar or renewables experience for contract roles on utility-scale solar PV projects across the UK. You will provide practical, site-based health, safety and environmental support to project teams and subcontractors, helping maintain strong standards across large and fast-moving construction sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day HSE support and guidance on site
  • Carry out inspections, audits and safety observations
  • Review risk assessments, method statements and lift plans
  • Investigate incidents and near misses and track corrective actions
  • Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks and safety briefings
  • Monitor environmental controls, ecology constraints and permit conditions

Experience & Qualifications

  • HSE experience on solar, renewables or construction projects
  • NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate; IOSH membership
  • Working knowledge of CDM 2015 and UK HSE legislation
  • Incident investigation training
  • Full UK driving licence
