We are looking for an HSE Advisor with solar or renewables experience for contract roles on utility-scale solar PV projects across the UK. You will provide practical, site-based health, safety and environmental support to project teams and subcontractors, helping maintain strong standards across large and fast-moving construction sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day HSE support and guidance on site
- Carry out inspections, audits and safety observations
- Review risk assessments, method statements and lift plans
- Investigate incidents and near misses and track corrective actions
- Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks and safety briefings
- Monitor environmental controls, ecology constraints and permit conditions
Experience & Qualifications
- HSE experience on solar, renewables or construction projects
- NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate; IOSH membership
- Working knowledge of CDM 2015 and UK HSE legislation
- Incident investigation training
- Full UK driving licence
