I'm currently partnering with a London-based investment management firm looking to hire an Investor Relations Analyst into a broad, hands‑on role across investor relations, fundraising support, marketing, and client engagement.
This would suit someone early in their career who is looking for exposure across the full client capital function rather than sitting in a narrow reporting‑only role.
The role will involve:
- Supporting the preparation of investor materials, fund reports, factsheets, presentations and client updates
- Assisting with DDQs, investor Q&A materials and due diligence processes
- Helping manage investor calls, events, placement agents and intermediaries
- Supporting fundraising activity, including target investor research and pipeline management
- Working on marketing materials, website content, LinkedIn/social media content and market research
- Supporting new product development, investor feedback analysis and related marketing documentation
The ideal candidate will have:
- 1–3 years' experience in investor relations, fundraising, client capital, asset management, private markets, or a similar environment
- Strong academics and excellent written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, analytical ability and confidence working with senior stakeholders
- Additional European language skills would be helpful
- Permanent UK work authorisation and ability to work from Central London
This is a strong opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in investor relations and capital formation within a growing investment platform.
