We are looking for an HSE Advisor with solar or renewables experience for contract roles on utility-scale solar PV projects across the UK. You will provide practical, site-based health, safety and environmental support to project teams and subcontractors, helping maintain strong standards across large and fast-moving construction sites.
Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day HSE support and guidance on site

Carry out inspections, audits and safety observations

Review risk assessments, method statements and lift plans

Investigate incidents and near misses and track corrective actions

Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks and safety briefings

Monitor environmental controls, ecology constraints and permit conditions
Experience & Qualifications
-
HSE experience on solar, renewables or construction projects
-
NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate; IOSH membership

Working knowledge of CDM 2015 and UK HSE legislation

Incident investigation training
-
Full UK driving licence
