Role Overview: The Head of Construction Assistant supports the Head of Construction in coordinating and overseeing construction activities across multiple sites and projects. This role plays a key part in planning, monitoring progress, managing documentation, and ensuring effective communication between project teams, site management, and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of Construction in the delivery of multiple construction projects simultaneously.
- Assist with construction planning, scheduling, and programme tracking.
- Monitor site progress and prepare regular reports on timelines, milestones, and risks.
- Coordinate communication between project managers, engineers, site teams, and subcontractors.
- Track contractor and subcontractor performance against agreed deliverables.
- Assist with managing interfaces between design, procurement, and construction teams.
