Our client is a global provider of solar energy solutions, specializing in the design and construction of turnkey photovoltaic projects. You’ll be responsible for both recruitment and HR administration, supporting local operations and working closely with hiring managers and the HR Business Partner in Germany.
Your Role
- Shape the recruitment processes, deliver a strong candidate experience, and ensure smooth, compliant HR operations in a dynamic, international environment.
- Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full hiring lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer preparation.
- Oversee sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, and recruitment agencies.
- Prepare employment offers, contracts, amendments, and HR documentation in line with company policies and UK regulations.
- Maintain accurate HR data, records, and metrics to support reporting and payroll preparation.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for UK employees.
- Ensure timely completion of HR administrative tasks in collaboration with the HR Business Partner in Germany.
About You
- CIPD qualified
- Proven experience in both recruitment and HR administration, ideally within an international or technical/engineering environment.
- Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Fluent in English, German is a plus.
