We are looking for an HSE Advisor to lead, develop, and assure Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) performance across a growing portfolio of wind, solar, and energy storage assets. This is a permanent, remote UK-based role with occasional travel to operational sites.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead HSE strategy, policy development, and compliance across renewable energy assets.
  • Conduct HSE audits, inspections, and risk assessments, including client-facing and third-party audits.
  • Provide expert guidance to operational teams and represent the organisation in client meetings.
  • Develop, monitor, and report on HSE KPIs, contractor management, PPE, and training programs.
  • Drive incident and accident investigations, ensuring root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Promote a positive safety culture across the organisation and deliver internal training sessions.
  • Monitor national and international HSE legislation and ensure compliance.

What we’re looking for:

  • NEBOSH qualification (National General Certificate or Diploma) or working towards, and membership of IOSH (Technical or Graduate).
  • Minimum 3 years’ HSE experience in wind, solar, or energy storage operations.
  • Knowledge of UK HSE legislation, including WTSR & CDM, with familiarity of EU and international standards a plus.
  • Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office) and strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work proactively in a team and manage multiple priorities.
