The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing all core business operations, ensuring the efficient delivery of projects, high-performing teams, strong customer satisfaction, and robust financial management. Key Responsibilities:
Manage day‑to‑day operations across sales, installation, and administrative functions.
Oversee scheduling, logistics, and workflow planning for installation teams to ensure timely, efficient, and cost‑effective project delivery.
Maintain quality assurance standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
Lead, manage, and develop teams including technicians, office staff, and subcontractors.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance check‑ins, and formal reviews.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training to build capability and strengthen team performance.
Monitor cash flow and oversee operating budgets.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, and approve operational and job‑related expenditure.
Implement cost‑control initiatives to support profitability and financial efficiency.
Act as the primary escalation point for complex or high‑priority customer issues.
Ensure a consistently high standard of customer experience through clear communication and reliable project delivery.
Collaborate closely with the sales team by providing operational insight and support.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiency and overall business performance.
Develop and optimise systems, tools, and processes to enhance productivity and service delivery.
Contribute to forecasting, goal setting, and wider strategic decision‑making.
Requirements:
Strong organisational and planning abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and proactively resolve operational challenges.
Previous industry experience preferred, ideally within solar, renewable energy.
A valid driver’s licence is required for site visits and occasional travel.
Strong technical proficiency, with experience using project management platforms, CRM systems, and cloud‑based tools.
