Our client is looking for a Distribution Account Manager (DAM) to develop and execute our national distribution strategy for one of the most popular electric vehicle charging solutions on the market. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the DAM will manage the clients distributor relationships and drive both strategic and operational excellence to meet ambitious revenue and market-share goals. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Customer Care, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Revenue) to exceed customer service expectations while boosting profitability.
Your Main Tasks
Strategy & Execution

Implement and execute the clients channel strategy aligned with our EV charging technology roadmap.

Segment distribution accounts, establish ‘service level agreement’ based volume commitments, and maintain effective scorecard processes to ensure accountability and mutual incentives.
Professional Channel Management

Conduct Key Distributors’ quarterly business reviews, providing feedback and directions for Product Management.

Ensure distributors provide Point-of-Sale (POS) and inventory data in line with client distribution policy.

Leverage digital methods (trade portal/e-commerce, digital product showcases, etc.) to establish sustainable growth in the channel.
Relationship Building

Build strong engagement with top distribution accounts and internal key account managers, fostering long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.

Develop and meet sales plans and growth targets in your territory through direct and indirect channels (POP and POS).
Market Penetration

Drive increased market presence and share gains via a well-structured, high-performing distribution network.

Monitor and adapt strategies based on market dynamics to ensure the client remains a top choice for EV charging solutions.
Demand Generation & Growth

Your Ideal Background
Education & Experience

At least 5 years of B2B channel sales management or product management experience
