We are a growing energy procurement and consultancy business, supporting industrial and commercial clients with energy purchasing, pricing analysis, supplier management, and cost-reduction opportunities.

The Role

We're looking for a hands‐on Pricing Manager to support and run the day‐to‐day pricing function across electricity and gas procurement. This is an operational role, ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with data, building pricing comparisons, and supporting the commercial team with accurate and timely outputs.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage daily pricing activities across fixed & flexible energy contracts
  • Prepare and deliver customer pricing submissions
  • Analyse supplier offers and produce clear pricing comparisons
  • Maintain and update pricing models, templates, and Excel tools
  • Support tenders, renewals, and ongoing procurement exercises
  • Work closely with account managers and consultants to meet deadlines
  • Review contract structures and pricing components
  • Handle pricing queries with suppliers and internal teams
  • Identify and implement improvements to pricing processes

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5+ years' experience in the energy industry
  • Strong experience in energy procurement pricing
  • Good understanding of fixed & flexible contracts
  • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, lookups, data handling)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Confident communicator with both technical and non-technical colleagues

Desirable

  • Experience in an energy consultancy, broker, or supplier
  • Understanding of non-commodity cost elements
  • Experience supporting tenders and pricing submissions
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or pricing/reporting tools
