We are seeking an experienced Offshore Transmission General Manager to join a dynamic team managing a growing portfolio of offshore transmission assets. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role at the intersection of technical, operational, and commercial management within the renewable energy sector.

About the Role:

As Offshore Transmission General Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, provide technical assurance, manage contractors and service providers, and ensure compliance with project obligations. This is a unique opportunity to shape the management of multiple assets while contributing to the expansion of offshore renewable infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage operations across offshore transmission assets, including planned and unplanned maintenance and fault rectification.
  • Provide technical oversight and assurance across HV power systems and lifecycle asset management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, advisors, and project stakeholders.
  • Drive operational excellence, monitoring KPIs and managing risks.
  • Support commercial decision-making, manage contracts, and ensure performance against agreed standards.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and reporting frameworks in line with project governance.
  • Contribute to the growth and strategic development of a portfolio of offshore transmission assets.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience managing transmission or distribution assets, ideally offshore.
  • Hands-on operational experience with O&M activities, fault management, and risk mitigation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Commercially astute, able to oversee contracts, KPIs, and project performance.
