Our client, a fast-growing premium ticketing marketplace in London, is hiring an AI Automation Product Manager to design and deliver agentic software solutions built on top of LLMs. This is a hands-on product role for someone who understands how agentic systems actually work β€” multi-step reasoning, tool calling, memory, escalation logic, human-in-the-loop design β€” and can translate that knowledge into solutions that solve real operational problems.

You'll embed with internal teams across customer service, sales, operations, marketing and finance to understand how work gets done today, then work with a remote team of AI Engineers to spec and ship AI agents and copilots that meaningfully change how that work gets done. You'll be the bridge between the business and the engineering team. That means you need to speak both languages fluently.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, prioritise and define opportunities to replace or augment manual workflows with agentic AI solutions
  • Spec out how agents should behave end-to-end β€” tools they can call, decisions they can make autonomously, when they must escalate to a human, and what guardrails are in place
  • Translate business workflows into structured requirements for AI Engineers β€” agent instructions, tool permissions, data sources, edge cases and acceptance criteria
  • Work closely with remote AI Engineers throughout build, testing and iteration
  • Design human-in-the-loop experiences where staff can review, approve, edit or override agent outputs
  • Define success metrics for each agent and own the evaluation, piloting and rollout process
  • Drive adoption across internal teams β€” training, documentation and ongoing feedback loops
  • Maintain a prioritised backlog of agentic automation opportunities

What You'll Need

  • Solid understanding of how LLM-powered agentic systems work in practice β€” tool calling, RAG, memory, orchestration, prompt design, guardrails
  • Background in Product Management, Business Analysis or a similar role where you've shipped AI or automation products
  • Experience specifying or delivering agentic tools, AI copilots, chatbots or LLM-powered workflow automations
  • Ability to write clear, structured requirements that engineers can build from β€” user stories, workflow diagrams, business rules, edge cases
  • Comfortable working with a remote engineering team and acting as the day-to-day product bridge
  • Strong stakeholder management β€” able to work across technical and non-technical teams with equal ease
  • Commercially minded: focused on measurable impact, not impressive demos

Bonus Points For

  • Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks or tools β€” LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar
  • Experience with orchestration and automation platforms like n8n, Make or Zapier
  • Familiarity with evaluation, red-teaming or safety design for agentic systems
  • Background in e-commerce, marketplaces, ticketing or customer service operations
  • Experience with tools like Retool, Intercom, Zendesk or HubSpot in an automation context

Location

Hybrid β€” 2-3 days per week in our client's Victoria, London office. The AI engineering team is remote, and this person is the critical link between them and the wider business β€” so being visible and trusted in-person matters.

If you know how agentic systems work, can get under the skin of how a business operates, and want to ship AI products that make a genuine difference to how people work β€” please apply or send your CV.
