Our client, a fast-growing premium ticketing marketplace in London, is hiring a Product Designer on a permanent, part-time basis β€” 3 days per week, in their Victoria, London office. This is a permanent role, not a contract or freelance engagement. If you're looking for a senior product design position that fits around other commitments, this is a rare opportunity to do genuinely high-quality work at a well-funded, fast-growing company without the five-day week.

The Role

You'll own product design across a consumer-facing marketplace platform β€” creating high-fidelity UI, managing a design system, and shaping user experiences that serve fans buying premium tickets and hospitality packages for sports, music and cultural events. You'll work closely with product, engineering and marketing teams, and be expected to bring both craft and strategic thinking to everything you touch.

What You'll Do

  • Design beautiful, high-fidelity UI and end-to-end user experiences across web and app
  • Own and evolve the design system for a growing suite of software products
  • Create UX flows, wireframes and prototypes that solve real user problems
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers and marketing
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions
  • Champion a user-first culture and raise the bar on design quality across the business

What You'll Need

  • Significant, demonstrable experience in product or UI/UX design for web-based products
  • Ability to produce beautiful, polished high-fidelity designs β€” your portfolio should speak for itself
  • Strong experience with Figma and other modern design tools
  • Experience working within an Agile software team
  • A user-centred design approach with solid instincts around usability and interaction
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to take and give constructive feedback
  • Passionate about your craft

Bonus Points For

  • Experience designing for e-commerce or marketplace products
  • iOS and Android app design experience
  • Ability to create illustrations or animations
  • A degree in Product Design or a related discipline
