Our client, a fast-growing premium ticketing marketplace in London, is hiring a Performance Marketing Lead to own their paid media, SEO, and affiliate channels and drive scalable customer acquisition.
This high-ownership role combines deep channel expertise with AI tools to optimise performance across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and more. You’ll focus on strategy, budget allocation, and commercial results while AI agents handle research, creative, and reporting.
What You’ll Do
- Own performance marketing strategy across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Bing and emerging channels
- Direct AI agents to create, test, and optimise paid media creative, copy, and targeting
- Oversee SEO strategy in partnership with our external SEO & AEO agency (Deviation)
- Drive CRO initiatives and A/B testing across landing pages and conversion funnels
- Manage the affiliate programme, partner performance, and commercial terms
- Own blended CAC and MER targets with clear monthly and quarterly reporting
- Collaborate with the creative and data teams to ensure high-performing assets and accurate attribution
- Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and acquisition trends
What You’ll Need
- 3-5+ years in performance marketing, paid media or growth roles
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads at meaningful budget scale
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and keyword strategy
- Experience with CRO, A/B testing, and conversion funnel optimisation
- Strong commercial acumen – able to link channel metrics to business impact
- Comfortable working with analytics, attribution, and performance data
- Experience collaborating with external agencies or partners
- Bonus: familiarity with AI tools for marketing workflows
Location
Full-time, 5 days a week in our client’s Victoria, London HQ. In-person role in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
