We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive our client's product strategy and execution in a high-impact, fast-paced environment. Reporting to the CPO, you’ll align product development with business objectives and ensure clear cross-functional collaboration. This role is based in London HQ, with required in-office presence to maintain agility and quick decision-making.
About the Role
- Product Roadmap Execution: Translate product strategy into detailed project plans using Jira, prioritise tasks, and manage timelines for on-time, commercially impactful deliveries.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Bridge the gap between commercial, marketing, operations, and development teams to ensure alignment and seamless project execution.
- Sprint Planning & Agile Management: Facilitate sprint planning sessions, allocate resources, and ensure sprints are aligned with business goals.
- Customer & Market Insights: Gather and analyse customer feedback and market trends to inform product development and maintain competitiveness.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Use data to optimise product offerings, focusing on metrics that enhance customer satisfaction and revenue.
- Issue Resolution & Improvement: Quickly identify and resolve product issues, driving continuous improvements with a focus on quality and user experience.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with teams to define and execute strategies for new product features or enhancements, supporting growth targets.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear, consistent communication on product goals, progress, and potential challenges.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years in product management, ideally in marketplace, eCommerce, or retail.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a results-driven environment.
