Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of day-to-day office operations, ensuring everything runs efficiently.

Act as a reliable point of contact for internal teams and external vendors.

Proactively identify and solve office-related issues before they escalate.

Provide administrative assistance to multiple departments, including document preparation, scheduling, and internal follow-up.

Raise and send invoices, support basic finance admin, and liaise with accounting as needed.

Keep office supplies stocked, manage orders, and coordinate with service providers.

Support employee on-boarding and general office IT/setup logistics.
