We're looking for experienced freelance Floor Plan Surveyors to join our growing supplier network.
What You'll Do
- Visit properties to measure rooms and internal spaces accurately.
- Create clear and accurate floor plans.
- Record room dimensions and property layouts.
- Identify key property features and include them in the floor plan.
- Ensure all measurements are accurate before submission.
- Upload floor plans through the Keylr platform.
- Communicate with Property Managers through the platform.
- Complete jobs within the agreed schedule and SLA.

Requirements
- Previous proven experience creating property floor plans or carrying out measured property surveys.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to use floor plan measuring tools or software.
- Strong written and verbal English.

- DBS Certificate that is no more than 3 years old.
- Familiar with UK property standards and compliance requirements.
- Right to Work status in the UK.
- Relevant insurance as a sole trader.
- Use your own software.

- Experience within the UK residential or commercial property sector.
- Experience working with estate agents, letting agents, surveyors, housing associations, or property management companies.
- Experience using floor plan software such as CubiCasa, Magicplan, or AutoCAD.
- GCSE Grade 4 (or equivalent) in Mathematics and English Language (preferred).
