Driver Essential (Full clean UK – 21+ for insurance purposes)

Shift Patterns: Variable Mon – Fri 0900 – 2000, Sat 0900 – 1930, Sun 1600 – 2000

We’re looking for a compassionate and reliable Support Worker, Personal Assistant (PA) or Health Care Assistant (HCA) to join a friendly household, helping someone continue their passions for horses, arts and crafts, baking, and countryside adventures. If you enjoy enabling independence, sharing new experiences, and making everyday moments meaningful, we’d love to hear from you.

Meet Our Client

You’ll be supporting a warm and determined individual who lives with their partner and assistance dog in a lively, pet filled home. They have a real passion for horses and the outdoors, regularly taking part in carriage driving and enjoying time in the countryside. They also love arts and crafts, baking, and creating gifts, as well as relaxing with films or getting out to the cinema or theatre. With a love for travel and regular trips away in their caravan, they’re always looking to make the most of life. Despite health challenges, they are highly motivated to stay active, independent, and engaged in the things they love - making this a truly rewarding role where you can support someone to live life to the fullest.

About the Role

  • 1:1 support for daily living and activities
  • Personal care and medication administration
  • Assistance around the home - cooking, housework, light admin
  • Supporting outings, appointments, and social activities
  • Encouraging engagement in hobbies and interest

About You

  • Full clean UK driving licence (21+ for insurance purposes)
  • Excellent Infection Control procedures need to be in place and followed.
  • To be sociable, friendly and organised
  • Good with animals, our client has an assistant dog, a parrot, tortoise and ponies.
  • Committed to providing safe, respectful, and consistent support
  • Previous care experience is desirable
