We're passionate about helping people with sensitive skin discover products they can genuinely trust.
As our community continues to grow, we're looking for someone who shares that passion and wants to build meaningful relationships with our customers, ambassadors, creators and influencers.
This is not a traditional social media role
We're looking for someone who will own and grow our community, bringing our brand to life through authentic conversations, creator partnerships, customer advocacy and real-world experiences.
You'll be responsible for building relationships that create loyalty, trust and genuine engagement while ensuring our community plays a central role in our social media content.
If you're someone who naturally spots opportunities, loves building communities and understands what makes people connect with brands, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role
As Community & Social Media Lead, you'll take ownership of Green People's online community and help shape how customers experience our brand across Instagram, Whats App, Facebook, Tik Tok, You Tube and in person.
You'll be responsible for growing our ambassador programme, identifying creators and influencers who genuinely resonate with our audience, nurturing our Whats App community, supporting events and our Horsham store, and ensuring every interaction reflects Green People's warm, knowledgeable and trustworthy tone of voice.
Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, you'll bring authentic community stories into our social media strategy and continually look for new ways to strengthen customer relationships and grow brand advocacy.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both building relationships and creating engaging content.

- Identify and nurture loyal customers, advocates and superfans.
- Develop new ideas and initiatives that strengthen community engagement and customer loyalty.
- Monitor conversations, customer sentiment and emerging trends, sharing valuable insights with the wider digital team.
- Influencer & Creator Partnerships

- Help capture social content and customer stories at events and in-store.
- Be flexible in supporting occasional evening or weekend events where required.
- Reporting, Analytics & Insights
- Monitor and report on the performance of Green People's social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok and You Tube.
- Evaluate the performance of ambassador, influencer and UGC content, identifying what resonates most with our audience and using these insights to inform future campaigns.
