Concordia Academy in Romford is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support children with a range of needs, including Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). You will work closely with the class teacher to help deliver inclusive lessons and monitor progress.
The role requires patience, reliability and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, families and staff, with preferred experience in Speech and Language, ADHD, SEMH or autism.
