We are looking for a highly skilled, dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Green Park Village Primary Academy. We continue to grow our school, this September opening our Nursery and having our first Year 6 cohort. You need to be committed to providing all of our children with exceptional learning opportunities in a caring environment, exuding high expectations for all, being committed to contributing fully to our team and having a pro‑active and positive mindset.
You should be experienced in working with children and adapting and extending learning within a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment. Working with our Class Teachers, our SENDCo and our Phase Leads, you will be responsible for providing excellent learning opportunities for all children. All of our LSAs work with children across our school and this will be a varied and flexible timetable across the day/week of one‑to‑one support, individual and group interventions and supporting adaptive teaching strategies utilised in classrooms. You need to be prepared to work with children with a range of learning and development needs.
