Water Lane Primary Academy wishes to appoint a Special Education Needs Learning Support Assistant. The LSA will support children with EHCPs and needs including Speech and Language, ADHD, SEMH and Autism, under the guidance of the teacher.
You should have at least one year of SEND experience in the primary age range, plus a Level 2 qualification in play work/childcare. Paediatric first aid is desirable, with strong safeguarding knowledge and a sympathetic approach.
