UKROEd Ltd delivers the National Driver Offender Retraining Scheme (NDORS) on behalf of UK police forces. As the operating company of The Road Safety Trust, we help improve road safety through education and behaviour change. The Role
We are seeking experienced Non-Executive Directors to join our Board and contribute to our governance, strategic direction and long-term success. NEDs provide independent oversight, constructive challenge and fresh perspective to ensure we remain accountable, high-performing and mission-driven.

What You\βll Bring
- Senior leadership (C-suite) experience in finance, HR or audit & risk
- Strong board-level governance and strategic decision-making experience
- A track record of driving transformational change
- Strategic thinking, sound judgement and collaborative leadership
- Clear, confident communication and a high level of integrity
- Emotional intelligence, strong analytical skills and the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
