As a charity, English Heritage cares for over a million objects and hundreds of historic sites across England, covering 6,000 years of history. We open them up, share their stories and find new ways for everyone to engage with our shared heritage.
With over 100 staffed locations and 300 properties nationwide, we operate at significant scale, balancing our charitable purpose with ~£155m in commercial income from admissions, membership, retail, food and beverage, and online sales.
