This role exists to:
- Drive business outcomes through cutting-edge SEO and omni-channel search strategies.
- Lead key client accounts, manage deliverables, and evolve Greenpark’s integrated SEO approach.
- Champion innovation, pushing the boundaries of what\’s possible with automation, AI, and cross-platform content discovery.
- Develop scalable processes, mentor junior talent, and help establish a high-performance, cross-functional SEO team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategies across all pillars: technical, content, backlinks, UX/CRO, and platform integrations.
- Deliver omni-channel search strategies that span Google, TikTok, YouTube, marketplaces, and emerging platforms.
- Propose and experiment with automation or AI-driven approaches to improve efficiency and campaign outcomes.
- Translate audience insights and keyword data into actionable plans for content, campaign planning, and website optimization.
- Become the lead of the projects you are working on — owning the SEO workstream end-to-end, and managing both internal and external stakeholders.
- Guide and mentor junior SEO team members and freelancers to deliver high-quality, scalable work.
- Partner closely with the content, data, and other teams to execute integrated strategies and share best practices.
- Support business development, contributing to pitch decks, insights reports, and proposals.
- Build frameworks, dashboards, and processes that enable repeatable, high-quality SEO delivery.
- Contribute to Greenpark’s proprietary multi-market content production methodology.
- Help establish scalable SEO workflows through automation tools or standardized playbooks.
Performance Monitoring
- Lead regular audits and performance reviews using GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and relevant social SEO platforms.
- Track KPIs such as organic visibility, traffic quality, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Provide reporting with insight — not just data — and consistently recommend strategic actions to improve.
Performance Review & Growth Metrics
You will be evaluated on your ability to:
- Deliver results across client KPIs, including traffic growth, visibility, ROI, and engagement.
- Push innovation — developing new ideas, frameworks, and solutions beyond what already exists in the market.
- Deepen expertise across CRO, brand-building SEO, and omni-channel integration.
- Proactively lead projects and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Improve internal workflows and team efficiency through tools, processes, or upskilling.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, autonomy, and ownership of outcomes.
- Nurture a collaborative and positive team culture.
