Reporting and Communication Structure:
- The Project Manager reports to the Head of Delivery (HOD). Performance and progression are reviewed together with the HOD.
- Deliverables and reviews should be done alongside the HOD when relevant.
- Overall account issues or concerns should be escalated to the HOD, who reports to the APAC MD.
- The Project Manager should stay in close communication with the account lead for projects and review all deliverables with them.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Accounts team to respond to client briefs, ensuring the right team and systems are in place to deliver high-quality projects.
- Drive quality control and review processes across deliverables.
- Set up project and deliverable timelines and manage team members to meet these deadlines.
- Manage internal team expectations regarding project timings and provide status updates.
- Track project budgets, including third-party costs and internal timesheets.
- Ensure all deliverables in briefs and proposals are completed with attention to detail.
- Develop positive relationships with third parties and suppliers, motivating them to deliver quality work.
- Negotiate costs and timelines with third parties, manage their deliverables, and ensure quality control.
- Coordinate input from the right internal team members at appropriate times.
- Provide regular status updates to the Account Manager, internal teams, and clients as needed.
- Follow and help optimize internal Greenpark processes.
