We are seeking an SEO Manager to lead and execute search strategy and performance initiatives in the B2B Food industry in Thailand. The role will focus on delivering a comprehensive omnichannel search audit (three phases), overseeing web performance and technical SEO, maintaining site health, driving CRO initiatives, and supporting ongoing SEO and editorial efforts through a 2026 retainer. You will work closely with both local and regional teams, translating search data and performance insights into actionable strategies that improve visibility, engagement, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Omnichannel Search Audit (Phases 1–3)
    • Conduct category assessment to map how chefs and food professionals in Thailand search across Google, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms.
    • Deliver share-of-visibility analysis to benchmark performance against competitors.
    • Perform content audit to identify gaps, cannibalization, and optimization opportunities.
    • Package findings into actionable strategies with clear content and performance roadmaps.
  • Web Performance Audit
    • Unlock clarity on how well the website is performing in respect to organic traffic growth, keyword coverage, and ranking.
    • Identify and analyze keyword gaps across core categories and competitor benchmarks.
    • Provide prioritized recommendations to improve site efficiency and performance — across on-page, off-page, content, and technical SEO fundamentals.
    • Audit user engagement signals (bounce rate, time on site, CTR) to diagnose where SEO and UX intersect.
    • Benchmark site performance against local and regional competitors to contextualize opportunities and risks.
    • Deliver a clear action roadmap linking performance issues to business outcomes (visibility, engagement, conversion).
  • Technical SEO Maintenance
    • Evaluate and monitor site speed, Core Web Vitals, crawlability, and indexing performance.
    • Perform ongoing site health checks (crawl errors, redirects, duplicate content, XML sitemaps, schema markup).
    • Collaborate with developers to resolve technical issues and ensure SEO best practices are embedded into new builds, migrations, and content rollouts.
    • Monitor Google Search Console, GA4, and server logs for emerging risks (indexation drops, crawl budget inefficiencies).
    • Maintain governance of structured data, hreflang tags, and canonicalization to support international SEO consistency.
    • Build proactive monitoring processes (alerts, dashboards) to catch and address performance issues before they impact traffic.
  • CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) Initiatives
    • Analyze site user journeys, funnel drop-offs, and behavioral data to identify friction points.
    • Partner with developer team to test and implement CRO solutions (improved CTAs, experiments with touchpoints, landing page structures, content modules).
    • Partner with data team to ensure optimizations are problem-solving oriented and measurable.
  • SEO & Editorial Retainer (2026)
    • Provide ongoing keyword research and editorial guidance to ensure content relevance.
    • Align editorial pipeline with search demand, seasonality, and business priorities.
    • Create content optimization recommendation plans to improve organic page performance.
    • Report monthly on SEO KPIs, content performance, and CRO outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of hands-on SEO experience (technical, content, and strategic).
  • Strong expertise in search audits, technical SEO, and content optimization.
  • Proven track record in web performance analysis and CRO implementation.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools (SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, GSC, Hotjar, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of the Thai digital landscape, user behavior, and search platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to translate data into clear recommendations.
  • Experience working with editorial, data, and developer teams in a cross-functional environment.

Deliverables:

  • Full 3-phase Omnichannel Search Audit (Category Assessment, Share of Visibility, Content Audit).
  • Comprehensive Web Performance Audit report with prioritized fixes.
  • Technical SEO health reports and maintenance logs.
  • CRO testing insights, performance reports, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Monthly SEO and editorial support reports, aligned with 2026 retainer scope.
