We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Social Outreach Manager to take full ownership of a fast-paced, 3-month influencer marketing project focused on the Filipino parenting audience across key social platforms. This role is critical in driving the campaign from initial insights and strategy through to execution, management, and final reporting, ensuring all content is high-quality, on-brand, and compliant with local advertising standards (ASC).
What the Role Covers:
- Insights & Strategy Leadership: Design and execute an insight-led approach to map trending conversations and search behaviours related to Child Health & Symptoms (including fever) and Parenting and Care among Filipino parents.
- Audience-Led Strategy: Utilize research insights to identify high-visibility, high-engagement creators and guide topic ideation, ensuring all campaign content is anchored in real audience demand.
- Influencer Marketing Strategy Development: Create a comprehensive strategy outlining the campaign's communication approach, key content buckets, recommended content formats, influencer types, and overall campaign orchestration.
Influencer Sourcing, Negotiation & Contracting
- Vetting & Engagement: Lead the identification, vetting, and engagement of the full roster of up to 25 Creators (Macro & Micro) based on social performance, engagement quality, brand safety, and cost efficiency.
- Contracting: Own the full outreach, rate negotiation, and execution of contracts with all confirmed influencers and talent managers.
Campaign Execution & Compliance Management
- Briefing & Production: Distribute detailed campaign briefs, brand information, visual guidelines, and mandatory elements to all creators. Ensure the integration of Keyword Seeding for optimal content discovery and searchability.
- Day-to-Day Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all creators/talent managers, handling day-to-day coordination, communication, briefing, feedback, and ensuring strict adherence to posting timelines.
- Content Approval & Quality Control: Manage the content review and approval process, ensuring strict compliance with brand standards and campaign objectives, from outline/storyboard (STB) development through to final content editing.
- ASC Application & Compliance: Support the ASC Application process, including document creation, substantiation coordination, and debriefing creators on feedback. Ensure all creators strictly follow the ASC-approved Storyboard (STB).
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate the efficient delivery of products from the client office to the influencers.
Deliverables & Reporting
- Negotiation Management: Navigate negotiations around final deliverables, including cross-posting rights, handshake posting, and content boosting rights.
- Budget Management: Track and manage costs, including influencer fees.
- Campaign Reporting: Deliver a comprehensive post-campaign performance summary, including key highlights, observations, and actionable recommendations. Provide a detailed Excel sheet containing post links, creator and their content performance metrics and analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or digital outreach, preferably within an agency setting.
- MUST HAVE: Existing, verified relationships and a strong network with Filipino parenting and healthcare-focused creators, especially those highly active and influential on Facebook and TikTok.
- Proven expertise in the Filipino social media landscape, particularly understanding key audience behaviours on Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.
- Deep experience with the entire influencer lifecycle: research, strategy, identification, vetting, negotiation, contracting, and campaign management.
- Familiarity with managing content compliance and knowledge of the Advertising Standards Council (ASC) application and approval process in the Philippines is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple creators simultaneously.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes project environment with strict deadlines.
