About the role

We are seeking an exceptional and visionary Graphic Designer to play a pivotal role focused on creating high-quality global assets for international brands. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team, where you will be part of the development of visual assets that transcend borders, resonate across markets, and redefine creative benchmarks.

As an Graphic Designer you will collaborate with creative teams spread across geographies to produce assets that are not only visually compelling but also strategically aligned with global brand objectives. This role demands innovative thinking, cultural sensitivity, and a thorough understanding of design trends and technologies, ensuring the delivery of assets that markets worldwide can adapt and reuse effectively.

Experience: 10+ years in a digital design role with expertise in branded design and ideation plus experience in motion design.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Client facing skills, with the ability to wow clients with concepts, ideas and sharp designs.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and web development best practices.

Collaboration: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.

Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Generate original ideas, concepts, and designs for creative assets, including print, digital, and video, from inception to delivery.
  • Develop comprehensive creative briefs based on ideas from brainstorming sessions, with direction, schedules, and deliverables for the creative team aligning with client and business goals.
  • Oversee design changes and improvements throughout the development process, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Must possess excellent design creativity, flair and a positive attitude with a first-class eye for design details.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, integrating innovative technical and visual solutions into design projects.
  • Present creative concepts and visualizations through sketches, drawings, and detailed illustrations.
  • Work collaboratively with other designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and user-experience.
  • Translate client business requirements, user needs, technical requirements into designs that are visually enticing, easy to use, and emotionally engaging.
  • Should be able to produce results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to produce as an individual or as a part of a team as well.
  • Well organized, responsible and dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple projects and deliver refined design in a short time.
  • Self-learning, able to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast-evolving environment.
  • Highly skilled in leading a team of creatives.
  • Strong creative vision with attention to business objectives.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related discipline
  • 10+ years of experience in the creative design domain, including 3+ years in a management role within an agency environment.
  • Demonstrable graphic design expertise with a robust portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, Figma) and PowerPoint.
  • Hands-on experience in logo design, typography, web layout, print production, and package design.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Strong creative vision, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional design quality.
