Job Overview
We are a leading energy efficiency contractor delivering retrofit works under the ECO4 Government Grant Scheme. As demand grows, we are looking for experienced Internal Wall Insulation Fitters to join our team on a subcontractor or employed basis.
Role Overview:
As an experienced fitter, you\’ll be responsible for the professional installation of internal wall insulation systems in domestic properties under the ECO4 scheme. You must be confident in all aspects of internal wall preparation and finish, and committed to delivering high-quality, compliant work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install Internal Wall Insulation (IWI) systems to company standards.
- Conduct surface preparation, dry-lining, bonding, and plastering to a professional finish.
- Ensure compliance with ECO4 scheme documentation and procedures.
- Work safely and efficiently in occupied and vacant homes.
- Maintain clear communication with project managers and assessors.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a tidy work area.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience fitting internal wall insulation systems.
- In-depth knowledge of retrofit installation methods and materials.
- CSCS card (preferred).
- Full UK driving licence
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Building & Construction
