The Role

  • Invest Ā£20 k in our pre-seed round in exchange for an initial ~negotiable equity stake.
  • Govern & Guide: Chair quarterly board meetings and work directly with founders to set strategic priorities around product, growth, and sustainability.
  • Fundraise & Network: Leverage your investor and industry connections to catalyse our next funding round and strategic partnerships.
  • Brand Ambassador: Represent Green Orbit at industry events, in media opportunities, and within investor circles—telling our story and rallying support.

You’ll Bring

  • Investor Track Record: Experience leading or participating in pre-seed/seed investments, ideally in fashion-tech, AI, or sustainability.
  • Board/NED Experience: Comfort chairing governance forums, shaping agendas, and driving accountability.
  • Strategic Vision: A passion for sustainable consumerism and the ability to translate big ideas into executable plans.
  • UK Network: Strong relationships with angels, VCs, or corporate partners in the UK (and globally, if relevant).
