Role Overview

Green & Orange Ltd is seeking a confident and results-driven Marketing & Lead Generation Executive with 2–3 years of experience in marketing, lead generation, student recruitment, telesales, admissions, or customer engagement. The role involves generating and nurturing student leads through calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, social media, events, referrals, and community outreach. You will engage prospective students, build strong relationships, and convert enquiries into consultations and enrolments. Working closely with recruitment, admissions, and marketing teams, you will help deliver a smooth and supportive journey from first enquiry through to successful enrolment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify prospective student leads through outbound calls, social media, LinkedIn, referrals, events, and digital campaigns.
  • Contact and engage prospective students professionally to promote educational opportunities and consultation bookings.
  • Manage and nurture leads through phone, email, WhatsApp, SMS, and CRM follow‑ups.
  • Support and contribute to social media marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
  • Create engaging marketing content, including social posts, flyers, campaign messages, short videos, and promotional materials.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, lead tracking, and campaign reporting.
  • Assist with student recruitment events, webinars, open days, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve lead conversion and student engagement.

Skills & Experience Required

  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing, lead generation, student recruitment, sales, telesales, admissions, customer service, or a similar customer‑facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong confidence in telephone outreach and relationship‑building.
  • Experience using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital communication tools.
  • Good understanding of social media marketing and online lead generation.
  • Highly organised, proactive, target‑driven, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience within education, training, recruitment, or consultancy sectors.
  • Knowledge of UK higher education, adult learning, or student finance processes.
  • Experience using social media, LinkedIn and digital campaigns for outreach and lead generation.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Express, Meta Business Suite, or email marketing tools.
  • Ability to create engaging short‑form video or social media content.
  • Additional community languages such as Romanian, Ukrainian, Bengali, Hindi, Urdu, Slovakian, or others are highly desirable.

Probation Period & Performance Review

This role is subject to a 3-month probation period, during which performance, attendance, and overall suitability will be assessed. A formal performance review will be conducted upon completion of the probation period.
