Role Overview:
An exciting opportunity to join the Trading Operations Team at Green Man Gaming as a Junior Trading Operations Associate. The team manages merchandising, products, pricing, and stock. They serve as the central contact point for website merchandising, promotion implementation, pricing, stock management, and product setup/maintenance.
Please note, after a probationary period, the working hours will primarily be in the evening (UK time) to support our international operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain digital merchandising, products, distribution, and content for the website in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage the distribution, maintenance, and stock levels of keys.
- Create promotional page content, site search info, and other promotional activities.
- Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance service levels.
- Update product pages with publisher assets and details.
- Coordinate product releases and merchandising.
- Manage and update product pricing.
Candidate Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills across all levels.
- Strong attention to detail and process orientation.
- Proficiency with Mac OSX, Microsoft Office, and Google Apps, especially Google Sheets.
- Experience in stakeholder management within a fast-paced retail or industry environment.
- Understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Experience in e-commerce and content management systems.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Interest or knowledge of the video games industry.
