At Ember Inns, the Kitchen Team Leader works with the Head Chef to build a kitchen you can be proud of and lead the kitchen team to deliver high‑quality food.

What will I be doing?

  • Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to produce high quality food.
  • Drive the team to meet and exceed targets.
  • Support with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
  • Manage a branded menu.
  • Ensure the team follows health and hygiene regulations.
