We’re actively recruiting Full-Time Mobile Support Cleaners based around Bristol to join our dedicated and detail-oriented team. What You’ll Get: * Annual salary of £26,360 * Company vehicle and fuel card * Full uniform, tools, and equipment provided * Paid overtime. * On-call pay at weekends of £18 per hour. * Health & wellbeing programme, pension, and referral bonuses * Flexible working hours with a varied site schedule * Full training on machinery and cleaning procedures * Opportunity for career progression in a supportive, family-run business What We’re Looking For: * Minimum 1 year commercial cleaning experience * Reliable, punctual, and tidy * Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings and evenings * Good communication skills with clients and colleagues * Basic computer skills (email) * Full UK driving licence * Willingness to undergo a DBS check (covered by us) * Understanding of cleaning standards and COSHH desirable but not essential Your Duties: * Clean a variety of sites including healthcare, education, factories, and offices * Carry out deep cleaning tasks such as floor scrubbing and high-level dusting * Use cleaning machinery (training provided) for carpet and floor cleaning * Work closely with Area Managers to maintain high standards Why Work with Green Machine?
