We are looking for a General Manager for a beautiful destination pub with hotel rooms. Salary up to £40k plus bonus and a generous benefits package. Marston’s is one of the UK’s largest and most beloved pub chains, operating more than 1,300 pubs, bars and hotels. We are on the lookout for a great General Manager to take charge at the Green Lodge Hotel, Hoylake and lead the team to success!

This is a gorgeous pub which proves popular with locals as well as being an ideal destination for anybody passing through the local area due to the fantastic links to Liverpool. The Green Lodge currently trades at an average of £23k per week in net sales with a 30/60/10 sales mix in favour of food sales. This site offers an experienced General Manager the opportunity to reap the rewards of a thriving business whilst taking their career to the next level. Delighting guests with our Signature food offering, The Green Lodge boasts a 90 cover indoor restaurant, an amazing 160 cover garden and 6 hotel bedrooms. The recently refurbished management accommodation boasts 3 double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, a large living area, and a fantastic kitchen with separate utility room.
