At Green Light, we support adults with learning disabilities and autism across Cornwall. We’re looking for a Relief Workforce and Rostering Coordinator to join our team and take a central role in coordinating our Relief workforce, compliance checks and options for covering staffing gaps.
You’ll keep in touch with Relief workers, arrange introductions to homes, conduct check-ins and return to work interviews, and work with managers when staffing needs change. You’ll also process Relief DBS checks, verify Right to Work documents and monitor working restrictions. Managers will continue to create their home rotas and make safe staffing decisions.
This is a permanent, full-time role (40 hours per week) based in Newquay, reporting to our Director of Services. Experience coordinating Relief or agency workers, administering DBS checks and verifying Right to Work documents is essential, along with a UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
