About the role:
- Lead a dedicated team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care within a residential setting.
- Lead, coach, and develop a compassionate, high-performing team.
- Create an environment where individuals can thrive and feel empowered.
- Support your team to understand autism and individual needs.
- Work closely with families, professionals, and the wider community.
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and best practice.
You will report to a Senior Manager who is locally based and understands the specific nuances of the Cornish care landscape.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a management role within health and social care (ideally 2+ years).
- Strong knowledge of autism, learning disabilities, safeguarding, and CQC frameworks.
- A values-driven, resilient leader who leads with empathy and integrity.
- Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or equivalent), or willingness to work towards.
- Strong communication, organisational, and decision-making skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
